The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, organisation, service interest and project description. You can also provide an indicative budget. We use these details to understand and respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work with you.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or confidential customer records. A high-level description is enough for an initial conversation. If detailed material is needed later, agree an appropriate way to share it first.
Sending an enquiry
Submitted details pass through our website hosting and email delivery services to the enquiry mailbox. A submission reference helps prevent repeat messages when a request is retried. Service providers may process technical information, such as an IP address and request time, to operate and protect their services.
Required fields are necessary to use the form. You may instead contact info@selectithub.com. Email correspondence is also processed by email service providers.
Website services
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those resources. External services can process information outside your country. Their handling of that information is described in their own privacy notices.
The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Follow-up project information is handled according to any arrangements agreed for that engagement.
Access, correction and privacy questions
To ask about information relating to you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@selectithub.com. Describe your request and the enquiry it relates to, without sending sensitive identity documents in your initial email.
You can also ask about the service providers involved, processing locations and retention of your enquiry before sharing further details. Requests are considered with any applicable record-keeping obligations.
